That background shapes the work: understand the business, test the assumptions behind an investment, and build around the processes that matter. A new tool is useful when it improves a real workflow and the business can support it.
What we help with
The starting point is AI Diagnostic & Delivery: a review of your workflows, the value of improving them, and the effort and risk involved. The output is a ranked plan. You can use it with your own team, another supplier, or ask SH Applications to deliver the agreed priorities.
Projects can involve proposal preparation, email handling, sales administration, operational records or a custom internal application. Simple process changes belong in the assessment too.
Evidence you can inspect
- Product and project portfolio: examples of software built, with links to the product websites.
- Deep-tech finance systems roadmap: an anonymised discovery and planning engagement.
- Logistics and leisure automation proposal: an anonymised prioritisation exercise with illustrative benefits.
- How we value opportunities: the approach to assumptions, costs and prioritisation.
The case studies describe the stage of work completed. A projected benefit is not a measured client outcome, and our own products are not client endorsements.
Talk through one workflow
Bring an example of work that takes too long, is repeated too often, or creates avoidable errors. The free introductory call is a chance to discuss whether a diagnostic or a specific build would be useful.
